Mr. Koshkin received a BBA Marketing & Economics from Lam ar University in 1967 and an MBA Finance & Industrial Relations from the University of Michigan in 1969. He holds a Texas Nurseryman’s License and has held a Texas Real Estate Broker’s license for thirty-eight years. He has brokered over one billion dollars in raw land sales\, as a principal with a home building operation built two hundred) new homes a year\, hel ped acquire\, own & manage over five hundred rent houses\, helped acquire over two million square feet of retail\, owned and operated one of the l argest home repair operations in Houston during the late 1980s and starte d his first land development forty-two years ago. Currently Mr. Koshkin does consulting and fee land development for large homebuilders in the Ho uston area. He has substantial experience in dealing with the Corp of Eng ineers\, environmental engineers\, various flood control agencies and civ il engineers solving potential development issues. In addition to Houston Mr. Koshkin has dealt out of state and with numerous cities in the area including Baytown\, League City\, Humble\, Katy\, Tomball and Galveston. He has dealt with all the counties in the Houston area including Waller\, Ft. Bend\, Harris\, Montgomery\, Liberty\, Chambers\, Brazoria and Galve ston.
