James Morrison joined Ntirety in January 2022 as CISO after working for two years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) as a Distinguished Technologist - Cyber Security.

Prior to working at HPE, James spent 22 years with the FBI as a Senior Computer Scientist, focused on cyber security. He worked on numerous national security and criminal intrusion investigations, as an active Cyber Security Expert, identifying security vulnerabilities and implementing solutions. He was a Regional Program Manager for the FBI Computer Science program and Adjunct Faculty Member for the FBI, teaching multiple classes at Quantico and internationally. 

Prior to his career in the FBI, James was an engineer for Lockheed Martin and a System Administrator the US Air Force at Schriever AFB and Clark AB, RP.

James lives in Houston with his wife Angi and their furry companions.

Chris Hollins has shown what local government can achieve when new ideas and accountable leadership are met with real purpose.

Chris led the 2020 elections effort in Harris County as County Clerk and gained national acclaim for protecting and expanding voting rights for 2.5 million Houston-area voters during the most important election in our lifetime. His innovations – which included drive-thru voting, 24-hour voting, online mail ballot tracking, and tripling the number of early voting centers–led to eye-popping record voter turnout despite the ongoing global pandemic.

Chris developed a commitment to public service through the selfless example of his parents and their devotion for improving the lives of others. His father, George, served for 34 years in the Houston Police Department, and his mother, Christie, managed a career as an administrative assistant while raising Chris, his two sisters, and more than 20 young foster children. Chris has served as a mentor to youth for over 20 years and has been a Big Brother for over a decade.

Today, Chris serves as a volunteer member of the METRO Board of Directors, where he is helping to oversee METRO's $1.3 billion budget, shaping its $7 billion expansion plan, and leading its full transition to renewable fuels by 2030.

He is active in his church and civic club, and he serves on the boards of Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston and the East Downtown TIRZ (Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone).

Chris has worked at some of the world’s most distinguished professional service firms. As a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, he pioneered strategies for large government agencies–in public safety, defense, and security – and assisted multinational companies in improving results for the people they serve.

 
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Phi Beta Kappa honors from Morehouse College. Chris also completed a joint program with Yale Law School and Harvard Business School, earning both his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees.
Chris is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and Federal Courts for the Southern District of Texas. He is currently in private practice as the Principal Attorney at Hollins Law Group PLLC.

Chris and his wife Morgan live in Houston’s Third Ward with their daughter Vivian and their son George. The Hollins family attends Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church.

Bucky Ribbeck is a board certified pediatrician currently training as a fellow in sports medicine at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children's Hospital.  Bucky's introduction to the medical field was as a patient in 2009 when he was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma (a rare type of bone cancer).  He was treated with chemotherapy at Texas Children's and with a surgery to remove the tumor at MD Anderson.  While he was a patient, Bucky was invited to be a Front Line Kid at the Rotary Lombardi Award, and he was further honored to have presented the award and spoken at following events.  He is a living and breathing example of the benefits of cancer research, and he hopes to be an example for how people can make the best out of any poor situation with which they are faced.  That is what has kept Bucky involved with volunteer organizations such as The Periwinkle Foundation, The Snowdrop Foundation, and The Rotary Club: all of which provide a great deal of hope and charity for those affected by cancer.

Charles C. Foster is Chairman of Foster LLP, and has thirty plus years of experience representing and advising multi-national companies on U.S. immigration law.
Long recognized as a national expert in U.S. immigration law, Mr. Foster has served as senior policy advisor to both Presidents Bush and Obama during their Presidential campaigns and has testified before both the U.S. House and Senate Subcommittees on Immigration on a variety of occasions. Mr. Foster has led for a decade the Greater Houston Partnership Task Force on Immigration Reform. He is the founding Chair of the State Bar of Texas Immigration & Nationality Law Section. He also serves as Honorary Consul General for the Kingdom of Thailand, and has received several high Royal Decorations from His Majesty, King Bhumibol. Additional service activities include: Chairman of Interfaith Ministries of Greater Houston Advisory Board; Chairman of U.S.-China Partnerships; KIND Houston Advisory Board and Chairman of Americans for Immigration Reform. Executive Committee Member of the Greater Houston Partnership; Member of the Board of Directors of the Asia Society Texas Center; American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Houston Ballet, the Hobby Center for Public Policy, Barbara Bush’s Celebration of Reading and Invest in the USA (IIUSA).

Mr. Foster, as Chairman for 24 years, initiated and led the effort to build a permanent home for the Asia Society in the Houston Museum District. He also initiated and co-chaired the George Bush Presidential Monument, the James A. Baker Monument, the Robert Mosbacher Memorial Bridge, and the Lyndon B. Johnson Presidential Monument.

Mr. Foster received his undergraduate and law degrees from The University of Texas, and is Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He lectures frequently before legal, academic, and professional organizations in Texas and throughout the United States, and has authored numerous articles on U.S. immigration law. Mr. Foster served for five years as an Adjunct Professor of Immigration Law at the University of Houston Law Center. He is fluent in Spanish and has received numerous awards, including the 1997 Houston International Service Award by the Houston Jaycees and Consular Corps, the 2000 Friend of China Award, the ADL’s 2006 Milton H. Popkin Award for Distinguished Community Service, the 2013 Houston Bar Association Leon Jaworski Award for community service and 1998 American Immigration Law Foundation Honorary Fellow. He has also received annual recognition as a Texas Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly Magazine, Texas Lawyer’s top “Go To Immigration Lawyer” for the State of Texas and one of the nation’s “20 Most Powerful Employment Attorneys” in immigration by Human Resource Executive. His role as an immigration lawyer was featured in the 2010 film Mao’s Last Dancer.

Mr. Foster previously served as Chairman of the Governor’s Task Force on Immigration, the GHP’s Economic Development Advisory Committee and World Trade Division, the American Bar Association’s Coordinating Committee on Immigration Law, the State Bar of Texas Committee on Laws Relating to Immigration and Nationality and is past National President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Houston Forum and the Houston Club and Board member of Ripley / Baker.
