"Increasing Employee Engagement, Retention, and Profits"

This month we are very pleased to have a most informative presentation on Neurodiversity in the Workplace, by Jeff Miller, CEO of Potentia, a  recruitment and workforce management firm. Neurodiversity refers to variations in the human brain, and if businesses understand these differences, then they are better able to keep and maintain their most valuable asset, the employee.

Jeff will be sharing how some of the top companies in the US, ranging from Amazon, to JPMorgan Chase, to Ernst & Young, are emphasizing Neurodiversity as a way to increase employee engagement, retention and profits.  Learn how these strategies can be adopted by companies of any size to improve performance and innovation in any business.

Jeff Miller

Jeff is a 25-year veteran of the human capital space having held roles including President of Cenergy Partners, a $350M global staffing firm, KBR where he oversaw the successful sale and integration of a high-growth business unit, and  NES, a global staffing firm, turning their North American unit into a record setting division.

Jeff is a sought after thought leader and has appeared numerous times on television, as a conference speaker and online - sharing his experiences on a variety of topics around employment, diversity & inclusion and leadership strategies.

Through Potentia, Jeff also supports the mission of autism employment by helping companies to identify, recruit and onboard talented spectrum candidates.   Jeff serves on the Board of Trustees of Gateway Academy, a Houston based high school for individuals with learning differences.

Jeff began his career in his hometown of Boston after graduating from Williams College. A life-long Red Sox fan, Jeff lives in The Woodlands with his wife Samantha and son Charlie.
