Worked on Masters Degree in Accounting at University of Houston and decided number crunching wasn’t my forte.

Lifeguard for three summers during high school – can there be a better job for a high school guy
Obtained Real Estate License at age 20 and worked in residential real estate while in college and for several years after graduation
Worked for Century Development for two years while preparing to open State Farm Insurance agency. The agency just celebrated 40th anniversary.
